Since flowers are a little sensitive and don’t like to wait around, we can only attempt delivery once. We want them to arrive fresh and vibrant, so please make sure someone is there to receive them!
2. Weather Happens (But We’ll Do Our Best)
If bad weather rolls in—think heavy rain, floods, or anything that makes delivery tricky—we’ll still do our best to get your flowers to you as soon as possible. Please note that in such cases, we won’t be able to offer a refund. Mother Nature can be unpredictable, but we’ll always try to work with her to bring your blooms to you.
3. Once Your Order Is Placed, It’s Locked In
Once you've placed your order, we can’t change the delivery address, date, or other details. But don’t worry, we’ll double-check everything before processing your order to make sure everything is just how you want it.
